Re-Tek gain Revolve Certification

If you don’t yet know what Revolve is, you soon will! The re-use quality standard, which is managed by the country’s circular economy expert, Zero Waste Scotland, is fast becoming the ‘must-have’ standard for re-use businesses in all sectors across the board… And Re-Tek have just been announced as the first fully-certified private sector businesses to hold this standard.

Having already worked closely with Zero Waste Scotland as one of their exemplar Circular Economy companies, the attainment of this award reinforces our commitment to being part of the emerging circular economy in Scotland. It is also an important badge of quality which gives our existing and potential customers added assurance about our products and services.

Zero Waste Scotland Chief Executive, Iain Gulland, has said “Re-Tek show themselves to be ahead of the curve in grasping the opportunities the circular economy offers, as well as demonstrating an environmental awareness”.

“Re-Tek is delighted to be the first private sector business to achieve the Revolve certification”, said our Managing Director Evelyn Toma. “Revolve is now widely recognised as a leading re-use standard and this award further demonstrates our leadership in the application of circular economy practices to high volume, highly secure IT Asset Disposal. Re-Tek’s certification will hopefully encourage other private sector organisations to embrace the programme to develop their quality standards and improve their offering in the re-use sector.”
