the equipment buy back process
Following acceptance of our quote, customer equipment is uplifted from an agreed location at a convenient time. Re-Tek takes care of all packing and shipping, bringing any equipment necessary. Each customer pick up is assigned a unique job number which is used to track the job and its inventory during processing.
Re-Tek provides a complete auditable service. All incoming equipment is allocated a unique barcode. Each item is then recorded in our Asset database. A customer asset report is available for each job at the conclusion of the buy back process.
When data or hard drives are destroyed a full asset report is available with certificates of destruction.
